Clinical Supervision for Residents

Service Description

Clinical supervision is available for Virginia Residents in Counseling and Residents in Marriage and Family Therapy working toward independent licensure. Supervision provides a supportive environment to strengthen clinical skills, case conceptualization, ethical decision-making, documentation, treatment planning, and professional confidence. Individualized guidance and constructive feedback are provided to support each resident’s professional growth while ensuring compliance with Virginia Board of Counseling requirements.
